We look forward to welcoming you and your child to our office. We are committed to provided the highest quality care in an encouraging and fun-filled atmosphere where a trip to the dentist is worry-free and maybe even fun!
Usually a patient’s first visit to our office is for a cleaning. Your child will be escorted by a dental assistant to see one of our hygienists for their cleaning. Parents are welcome to join in on the fun and accompany their child throughout their visit. However, we find many parents prefer to catch up on their emails and take advantage of enjoying a water or coffee on the couch in the reception area. Our open-bay style arrangement is ideal for families with multiple children so they can interact during their visit. If needed, x-rays may be taken and an exam by the dentist will be performed.
Worried that your little one won’t cooperate? That’s okay. They will be able to sit in your lap for a lap exam to help them feel more at ease.
With televisions above the dental chair in each of our treatment rooms and rewards of stickers, balloons and tokens for the Treasure Tower, your child may even enjoy his or her dental treatment!
Our patient forms are digital. This means we can email them for you to fill out at your convenience, before your child’s appointment. No printing involved! Just click “submit,” and the forms will be sent back to us!
If you should decline to fill out the information in advance, we can take care of that the day of the visit with your early arrival. About 15-20 minutes is enough time to get checked in and have the necessary information collected and verified.
We accept most major forms of dental insurance, and payment may be made by cash, check, credit or debit card. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express and offer financing through CareCredit. If you would like to discuss your payment options or check on insurance coverage give us a call at 678-450-7011.
Please note that we require a 24-hour business day notice for standard appointments and a 48-hour business day notice for sedation appointments to cancel or reschedule without charge. A one-week notice is required to cancel OR appointments.
