Born in Winder, GA, and raised in Buford, Dr. Simon attended the University of Georgia, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Biological Science. She went on to graduate from the Medical College of Georgia’s College of Dental Medicine, where her scholastic excellence and ethical character earned her induction into the honor society of Omicron Kappa Upsilon. After practicing general dentistry in Macon for two years, she quickly discovered her true passion for treating children and completed her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital of Richmond, Virginia, where she served as Chief Resident. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and was a recipient of the national Pugh Award for her pediatric scholastic achievements.
