Emily P. Simon, DMD

Dr. Simon welcomes you to Kid’s Dentistry of North Georgia! Dr. Simon loves giving children a reason to smile by striving to provide a fun, safe, and relaxed experience at the dental office! Her goal is to be a positive influence in children’s lives through forming lifelong relationships with her patients and their families built on trust, kindness, and compassion.

Dr. Simon was born in Winder, GA and raised in Buford.  She attended the University of Georgia where she earned her bachelor of Biological Science and graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Pursuing her dental education, she went on to graduate from the Medical College of Georgia’s College of Dental Medicine in 2012, where Dr. Simon’s scholastic excellence and ethical character earned her induction into the dental honor society of Omicron Kappa Upsilon. She then practiced general dentistry in Macon for two years, during which time she quickly discovered her true passion for treating children of all ages.  Dr. Simon completed her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital of Richmond, Virginia, where she served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Simon’s professional memberships include the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Georgia Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.

Together with Ben, her husband, they are excited to be back in Georgia. Dr. Simon enjoys playing with her dog Beauregard, traveling, hiking, camping, cooking, and of course, UGA football (Go Dawgs!). She is looking forward to welcoming you to our office family.
